Our Refund & Return Promise
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and request a refund or exchange—no questions asked (see conditions below).
Return Requirements
- A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your product.
- The product must not be opened or used.
- The item should be sent back at the customer’s expense (customer is responsible for return postage costs).
- There is no return or refund fee.
- Refund processing time is 5 business days from receipt of the returned product.
Countries & Policy
- We accept returns and exchanges from customers in the United Kingdom.
- Returns accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- We also accept product exchanges.
Return Method & Fees
- Returns can be made via mail/courier to our warehouse address (see below).
- The return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility.
- No restocking fees apply.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt of goods.
How to Start a Return
Please contact our customer service team before returning any product. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
