Our Refund & Return Promise

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and request a refund or exchange—no questions asked (see conditions below).


Return Requirements

  1. A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your product.
  2. The product must not be opened or used.
  3. The item should be sent back at the customer’s expense (customer is responsible for return postage costs).
  4. There is no return or refund fee.
  5. Refund processing time is 5 business days from receipt of the returned product.

Countries & Policy

  • We accept returns and exchanges from customers in the United Kingdom.
  • Returns accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
  • We also accept product exchanges.

Return Method & Fees

  • Returns can be made via mail/courier to our warehouse address (see below).
  • The return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility.
  • No restocking fees apply.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt of goods.

How to Start a Return

Please contact our customer service team before returning any product. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
